Marketing Manager
We are hiring for an articulate and passionate story teller and noise maker to come on board and drive our marketing and comms strategy. This multi faceted role involves all aspects of our marketing - Content, Video, Social, Events, Sponsorships, PR, Partnerships.

The role comes at an important time as Pixibo's story needs to be told - we have established category leadership here in Asia working with all the leading fashion e-commerce players, we are winning large clients in Europe, we closed our Series A funding round and we are finally ready to come out from under our rock to scream about what we do. You will have all the tools necessary to be successful at this job - a team ( 3 reports to start with ), budget, technology and most importantly an amazing product that solves the fashion industry's most important problems. This is a full time position based in Singapore but may require some international travel.

  • Drive the strategy and creation of world class marketing content to position Pixibo as disruptors in the industry
  • Lead, manage and mentor the marketing team ( 3 to start )
  • Manage and execute Pixibo's social media strategy.
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop, coordinate and manage PR campaigns including writing and pitching press releases.
  • Work with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure they are fully supported with marketing collateral and content such as: pitch decks, case studies, one sheeters, white papers.
  • Identify clients for case studies and media opportunities.
  • Lead our Partner Marketing efforts.
  • Develop thought-leadership materials designed to take on some of the preconceived notions in the fashion industry.
  • Responsible for the delivery and day-to-day management of Pixibo's event calendar, including associated marketing communications plans.
  • Represent Pixibo at events, panels and talks.
  • Work closely with our Product team to build narrative, messaging and content for all new features, product launches and partnerships.
  • Liaise with branding experts and advisors at our various investors to ensure that stakeholder feedback and intelligence is fed back into the business.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably at a fast paced, start-up like environment.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Passionate about fashion and the role of technology in making fashion e-commerce better.
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.
  • Proven and demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of new media, developing content strategies, event experience and a successful track record of effective delivery across the full range of communications disciplines.
  • Execution bias: Ability to be a self-starter, overcome barriers and work collaboratively in a fast paced, always on environment.
  • Proven experience working with social media platforms, such as LinkedI, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Able to be strategic, but equally must also be able to drive tactics and execution and willing to get hands dirty to get the job done.
