Customer Success
In the role of Client Success, you will own the client relationship and be our client's advocate within Pixibo. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, adoption, retention and the overall success of Pixibo. Your typical points of contact will be Manager/Director/VPs. You will have the opportunity to develop deep relationships with them and work towards becoming a domain expert in Retail industry.
Pixibo is a B2B retail tech company focussed on solving the size and fit problem for fashion and apparel. Uncertainty around size and fit is online fashion's oldest unsolved problem and our platform of solutions solves for this. Pixibo Cloud is Apparel and Footwear's most accurate size recommendation platform and is proven to reduce return rates by at least 14%. We work with all the leading online fashion players here in Asia (Zalora, Pomelo Fashion, MAP etc) and many leading retailers in Europe.
  • Serve as the bridge between Pixibo and our European clients - a trusted advisor that delivers the best Pixibo experience

  • Dive deep into understanding the Pixibo Cloud Solution and uncover customers' needs for each solution

  • Build post-sales relationship to drive client satisfaction, retention and identify value-add opportunities

  • Create company-wide customer success feedback loop, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams to ensure our client's voice is heard

  • Develop and build on current CRM system according to the needs of Pixibo and its clients

  • Work closely with Product team to coordinate and guide customers through the set-up of our solution, and able to translate customer feedback into product requirements

  • Monitor each client's lifecycle process and touchpoints from end to end (deployment to renewals)

  • Identify and fix potential issues leveraging on strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Determine the true value of Pixibo's solutions by building metrics to demonstrate ROI delivered

  • Create standard presentation materials to present evaluation of Pixibo's monthly performance internally (senior management) and externally (clients)

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify case study opportunities and media opportunities
  • 2-3 years experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Support) in a technology environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of SAAS business models

  • Excellent service attitude with the ability to be empathetic, responsive, and resourceful

  • Active listener that knows how to adjust your narrative to different audiences and situations

  • Ability to communicate in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to communicate in a third EU language (i.e. french/german) is a plus
